Our datacenter is a 2N+1 facility, with redundancy in power, bandwidth and cooling.
Cooling: We have 2 seperate systems of HVAC units of different vendors. Both the primary system and secondary system, are able to cool the whole datacenter independently. Both systems are also connected to different chiller units.
If an AC unit for any reason fails, an equivalent AC from the secondary system will take over. All of this is automatically monitored using a DataTrax system.

Bandwidth: We have different-path connections to all carrier buildings we connect to and our routers have redundant powersupplies, and redundant supervisor cards.
Power: The power enters the building in using two different powerbusses, which are backed up by two independent diesel generators. This is fed into our parallel redundant 2N+1 UPS system. In addition to the above, there is another
N+1 secondary power feed backed up by a separate UPS system.
Fire protection: We use the FM200 Fire Suppression System, which is a waterless system to avoid collateral damage caused by regular waterbased fire extinguishing systems. Your equipment will be safe.
There is 24/7 video surveillance and we have 24/7 support by phone, ticket system and live chat. We can also provide you with KVM service in case this is required.
