I love using VMWARE GSX and ESX. Not only is the Windows OS much faster using Centos and VMWARE and Microsoft XP but the fact that I can recover faster makes it the prime choice. In fact I am using windows 2003 std instead of enterprise and exchange 2003 std on the same machine. I did not have to buy two machines or over spend in license. the performance is better then if I would have purchased two machines and loaded both operating systems on both machines.
