Rapidly growing Cisco Systems Gold Partner based in Southern California is immediately seeking a Senior Cisco IP Telephony Engineer who has extensive experience with Cisco IPCC Express. We are an architect of effective and efficient technology systems and solutions for medium- to large-sized businesses. We provide lifecycle services for IP telephony, IP-based contact centers, unified messaging, video solutions, and data solutions.
Job Description:
• Assembles and configures IP communications components and provides associated services at client sites.
• Performs network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose network problems.
• Provides knowledge transfer to clients on implemented solutions.
• Drafts deliverable documents including network drawings and device configuration that clients can use to operate implemented solutions.
• Supports sales team to recommend and close professional service engagements.
Requirements:

1- Candidate Must have hands on experience designing and implementing Call Manager 3.x, 4.x & 5.x systems. CM 6.x experience also a plus.
2- Candidate must have hands on experience with Cisco Unity Voice Mail systems. Integration.
3- Candidate should have minimum of 2 years experience with the above systems.
4- Candidates must have extensive experience with IPCC Express advanced scripting and with implementing advanced data dips.
5- Hands on knowledge of signaling protocols and gateway configurations.
6- CCIE a plus, CCNP or CCVP required.
7- Have the ability to work in the United States without any time limit or sponsor requirements.

Other qualifications:
• Field Engineer 1 Role in the IP Communications Specialization preferred
• Field Engineer 2 Role in the IP Communications Specialization preferred
• Solid understanding of Cisco hardware.
• Hands on experience with routing protocols and lifecycle security models and standards.
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of experience.

As a Cisco IP Telephony Engineer you will be involved with building solutions for large multi-site IP based phone systems and call centers. You will be responsible for providing technical solutions to meet the various needs of our clients. You will work as part of a team of professionals that play a key role in implementing solutions and delivering results.

Required Skills and Experience Cisco Certified IPT Engineer ( MUST FILL FIELD ENGINEER 1 and 2 ROLES for company certification) CCIE or CCNP Required 2+ Years of experience with the following Cisco IPT products: Cisco CallManager, Cisco Unity Voice Mail Systems, Cisco AVVID and Architecture Routers / Voice Gateways. Hands on experience in mid to large multi-site call center/IP Telephony environments, Strong Consulting and Communication Skills, Comfortable and experienced in front of clients. History of technical delivery capabilities, and technical design capabilities. Ability to Travel.
