ICM System Administrators, Maintenance personnel and Cisco partners the knowledge and experience necessary to install, set-up, support and troubleshoot the Cisco ICM/NAM system. Students will install and configure: Windows 2000 SQL Server, InfoMaker, and associated Service Packs along with the Cisco ICM software including the optional products for SQL Gateway; Application Gateway; WebView Servers and a Historical Data Server. The course is designed so that the ICM software is installed in a NAM environment (one NAM enterprise and two Customer ICM enterprises.

After completing this course you will be able to:
Describe the ICM system components, their functions and processes that run on the System Components
